★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È posta sul piccolo promontorio che chiude a nord la baia di Guidaloca.
La costruzione in pietre e conci calcarei risale probabilmente al XVI secolo, facendo parte del sistema di difesa costiero dalle incursioni saracene.
È a pianta circolare e poggia su un basamento alto circa due metri. Una porta di ingresso, aperta successivamente alla costruzione, conduce al primo piano in cui si aprono tre finestre rettangolari. La terrazza è caratterizzata da quattro piattaforme aggettanti con caditoie.
Destinata ad uso privato per la salvaguardia del caricatore di legname sulla spiaggia, nei primi anni del 1800 fu assegnata dalla Deputazione del Regno di Sicilia alla difesa dalle incursioni dei pirati, e pertanto dotata di un cannone di calibro modesto e di tre serventi armati.
Nel 2017 sono state realizzate le opere di consolidamento della struttura.
 It is located on the small promontory that closes the bay of Guidaloca to the north.
The construction in stones and limestone ashlars probably dates back to the sixteenth century, being part of the coastal defense system from Saracen raids.
It has a circular plan and rests on a base about two meters high. An entrance door, opened after construction, leads to the first floor where three rectangular windows open. The terrace is characterized by four projecting platforms with machicolations.
Intended for private use for the protection of the lumber loader on the beach, in the early 1800s it was assigned by the Deputation of the Kingdom of Sicily to defend against pirate raids, and therefore equipped with a modest caliber cannon and three armed servants.
In 2017, the consolidation works of the structure were carried out.
