★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Giacomo host n. 1 eccezionale, disponibilissimo gentilissimo e prodigo di consigli. Ci ha pure organizzato in pochissimo tempo una gita in barca meravigliosa e ci ha fatto trovare un fantastico dono di benvenuto. La casa è deliziosa, arredata benissimo, nuova e con attrezzatura cucina e bagno al top. Il terrazzo una vera chicca per cene romantiche e colazioni nella natura. A disposizione anche uva e fichi del giardino. Si vede proprio che Giacomo fa questo lavoro con tanta passione e la trasmette. Consigliatissimo anche per le meraviglie intorno da visitare oltre a un mare stupendo proprio davanti a casa.. Negazione: Niente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena tornati da una bellissima vacanza di una settimana....con un'altra famiglia di amici abbiamo soggiornato nei due appartamenti ed è stata la soluzione ideale per noi!
Appartamenti praticamente "gemelli" spaziosi il giusto ed arredati con gusto..cucina comoda e ben attrezzata, camera grande con televisore, lavatrice e prodotti per la casa sempre utili.
Lo spazio esterno è ben tenuto e molto tranquillo, bellissima la terrazza al piano superiore dove abbiamo cenato con vista sul mare.
Che dire non potevamo chiedere di meglio..un grazie speciale al signor Giacomo sempre disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze.
 Just returned from a wonderful one week holiday .... with another family of friends we stayed in the two apartments and it was the ideal solution for us!
Practically "twin" apartments, spacious and tastefully furnished .. comfortable and well-equipped kitchen, large room with TV, washing machine and household products always useful.
The outdoor area is well kept and very quiet, the terrace on the upper floor where we dined overlooking the sea was beautiful.
What can we say we could not ask for anything better .. a special thanks to Mr. Giacomo always available and attentive to our needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place, clean with fully equipped kitchen , good wifi, parking lot , close to the sea, and very nice staff . Also has a nice terrace and garden with BBQ , a small playground for children , and a vineyard where you can pick grapes

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: This apt is more compact than it appears on the photographs but it is very comfortable and the terrace is huge with a fabulous view on the sea and the mountains. It is one of the best equipped apts that we have ever rented, anything missing is quickly supplied by Giacomo, an attentive host. He will come to pick you up and direct you as there is no indication or number to get to the house even if we had pinpointed it on Google Map. So you need a phone to contact him. The apt is perfectly located to visit Castellamare, Scopello, Erice, Segesta, Trapani, etc. We stayed 3 days and would not hesitate to return. A great location, near beaches.. Negative: Some sign at the gate to confirm that we have arrived at the right place..
