★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Box semplicemente unico! Non ci si allena sotto terra come nella maggior parte delle palestre ma si è immersi nella fantastica cornice del parco dell’Appia Antica. Altro fattore , ancora più determinante, la competenza dello staff.
 Simply unique box! You don't train underground like in most gyms but you are immersed in the fantastic setting of the Appia Antica park. Another factor, even more decisive, is the competence of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Splendido box di CrossFit situato all'interno di un bellissimo parco di Roma. Staff super professionale, simpatico ma sopratutto molto competente. WODs sempre molto allenanti, strutturati in modo tale da poter essere svolti da tutti e non solo da super atleti. In estate inoltre i WODs si svolgono anche in piscina. Assolutamente consigliato!
Beautiful CrossFit box located in a beautiful park in Rome. Super professional staff, nice but above all very competent. WODs always very training, structured in such a way that they can be performed by everyone and not just by super athletes. In summer, the WODs also take place in the pool. Absolutely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sarà l’ambiente familiare, sarà che è un posto immerso nella natura, sarà che lo staff è competente, professionale, preparato e con una dote che ritengo fondamentale: Empatico, tor carbone crossfit è il posto ideale per allenarsi.
La motivazione è sempre a 1000, vieni seguito costantemente, senti il corpo cambiare allenamento dopo allenamento.
Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia approcciare a questa disciplina... never give up!
It will be the family environment, it will be that it is a place surrounded by nature, it will be that the staff is competent, professional, prepared and with a gift that I believe is fundamental: Empathic, tor carbone crossfit is the ideal place to train.
The motivation is always 1000, you are constantly followed, you feel the body change workout after workout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi alleno da un paio di anni in questo posto è devo dire che è un ottimo box di Crossfit dove potersi allenare, attrezzato alla giusta maniera e con istruttori qualificati, collocato in un posto eccellente all’interno del parco dell’appia antica con anche la vicinanza di un circolo sportivo a fianco attrezzato anche di piscina ad ingresso libero (ideale d’estate dopo un Post-Workout). Prezzi nella norma e non esorbitanti come chiedono altri box di Crossfit in giro per Roma. Lo consiglio vivamente, 5 stelle se le merita tutte.
I have been training in this place for a couple of years and I must say that it is an excellent Crossfit box where you can train, equipped in the right way and with qualified instructors, located in an excellent place within the park of the ancient appia with also the proximity to a sports club next to it also equipped with a free-entry swimming pool (ideal in summer after a post-workout). Prices in the norm and not exorbitant as requested by other Crossfit boxes around Rome. I highly recommend it, 5 stars it deserves them all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il Tor Carbone Crossfit è inserito all'interno del bellissimo Circolo Tennis Tor Carbone, zona Appia Antica, ed ha il grosso vantaggio di essere circondato da uno splendido parco naturale che lo rende unico nel suo genere.
Il box è ampio e attrezzato e i coach, capitanati da Emanuela, sono bravissimi e attentissimi alla preparazione e alla sicurezza degli atleti.
Avendo la struttura tanto spazio verde di fronte, ed essendo all'interno di un circolo sportivo, si ha anche il privilegio di poter continuare ad allenarsi all'aperto anche in questo periodo di restrizioni causa Covid.
A mio avviso, questa struttura è il top per il crossfit
The Tor Carbone Crossfit is located within the beautiful Tor Carbone Tennis Club, in the Appia Antica area, and has the great advantage of being surrounded by a splendid natural park which makes it unique in its kind.
The box is large and equipped and the coaches, led by Emanuela, are very good and very attentive to the preparation and safety of the athletes.
Having a lot of green space in front of the structure, and being inside a sports club, you also have the privilege of being able to continue training outdoors even in this period of restrictions due to Covid.
In my opinion, this structure is the top for crossfit
