Io ho fatto dei trattamenti con Gabriele per il mio mal di schiena e mi ha rimesso a nuovo.
La palestra è molto pulita e funzionale.

The gym is really well equipped and clean. I trained getting good results thanks to a serious and prepared staff. I highly recommend it to everyone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra, anche i personal sono molto bravi e costano molto meno che alla Virgin. Non c'è paragole per rapporto qualità prezzo. Devo dire che c'è un bel ambiente in generale.
Excellent gym, even the personal ones are very good and cost much less than at Virgin. There is no comparison for value for money. I must say that there is a nice environment in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra semplice ma molto buona, mai troppo affollata, gestori molto gentili, sempre disponibili. Ambiente tranquillo. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Docce con box non separati, senza phon, pulite ma a volte gli scarichi puzzano un po' . Parcheggio ottimo. Migliorabile la qualità degli istruttori in sala pesi, comunque sempre educati, ma a roma è molto difficile trovare persone preparate e motivate, quindi siamo nella media.
Simple but very good gym, never too crowded, very kind managers, always available. Quiet environment. Value for money excellent. Showers with non-separated boxes, without hairdryer, clean but sometimes the stinks smell a bit. Great parking. The quality of the instructors in the weight room can be improved, however always polite, but in Rome it is very difficult to find people who are prepared and motivated, so we are average.

I have been attending it for a few months, the staff is very kind and helpful, the prices are very affordable, especially for annual passes.

Good gym in the Roma 70 area, competitive prices compared to the neighborhood average. The only drawback: slightly dated tools, otherwise recommended!
