Ottimi gli orari di apertura al mattino presto.
Good weight room, well stocked and always clean, even if a bit 'too dark. The changing rooms have been renovated recently.
Excellent opening hours early in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima struttura, personale qualificato e posizione davvero comoda, a10 mt dalla stazione laurentina. Sala pesi attrezzata e assistenti sempre presenti, corsi di funzionale, kettlebell, ecc.. a prezzi davvero economici. L'unica pecca è che apre tardi per chi volesse allenarsi prima di iniziare la giornata lavorativa.
Excellent structure, qualified staff and really convenient location, 10 meters from the Laurentina station. Equipped weight room and assistants always present, functional courses, kettlebells, etc. at really cheap prices. The only flaw is that it opens late for those who want to train before starting the working day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la mia palestra e quindi sono di parte, ma ecco il perché l ho scelta: ambiente familiare, pulito e confortevole. Non è grande, ma è ben attrezzata e con numerosi corsi a disposizione, tra i quali la pole dance. Personale sempre presente e a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Molto preparato.
It's my gym and so I'm biased, but that's why I chose it: a familiar, clean and comfortable environment. It is not big, but it is well equipped and with many courses available, including pole dance. Staff always present and available for any need. Very prepared.
