YMCA Prime - Sports Club

Dopo il covid hanno pensato bene di non far recuperare il tempo perso a causa delle chiusure delle palestre e ti invitano a pagare di nuovo per rimanere con loro altri anni, insomma siamo stati ben solati. La palestra è bella ma poco professionale.

La lezione migliore in piscina, ACQUAFITNESS TREDMILL è stata eliminata due anni fa. Almeno si dia una buona informazione correggendo il sito.... Confido nel ripristino di tale lezione ed esprimo la mia stima per l'ottima professionalità degli insegnanti e la cordialità del personale

Beh, covid,e festività hanno minato i nostri fisici . Entrare qui è già iniziare a migliorarsi. Uno stile d vita che aiuta anche mentalmente oltre che fisicamente. Luogo moooolto bello e funzionale. Bravi.

Palestra nel cuore dell EUR , punti di forza: parcheggio ,personale giovane e cortese, piscina scoperta nei mesi estivi coperta d’inverno campi da padel , tennis che dire nn manca nulla x stare in forma. Consigliata

I recommend this sport club to everyone. It's got everything: professional trainers, friendly atmosphere and clean building+pool. It's one of the best sport clubs in Rome.

All the instructors are professional, the atmosphere is friendly, and it's very clean inside. Also, the pool is amazing and very clean too. I recommend this place to all.

The most uneducated Staff at the reception. I entered and waited for eyes contact, the male saw me and deliberately ignored me and instead engaged with his female colleague for a minute then back staring at his pc screen. I waited for more then 4 minutes cause female Staff was busy with another Customer. I then decided to ask him with a very polite low tone of the voice: "Excuse me, can I ask you please? He raised slowly with the most arrogant and looked extremely annoyed toward me with a sufficient tone while shaking his head said:" No, you have to ask her while extending his arm pointing at his colleague with the index finger. I told him:"Sorry didn't mean to bother you. I couldn't believe I was shocked and embarrassed for him how he could act like that and in front of the other customer who was dealing with his colleague. So I waited for other 10 minutes and not even saying to me something like she will attend you in a moment. Then another Customer engaged with a mature lady asking to go downstairs and forgot her key the female Staff replied to her: " You wait and I'll be with you, but that was with an authoritarian tone of voice and right after she added:" You're welcome", she also looked at her male colleague saying:" Can you believe this?". This was cause she expected to have the mature lady saying thank you to her. Absolutely embarrassing and thick atmosphere not pleasant neither neutral, didn't expect red carpet neither to be patronized by these rude individuals! Male was about 40 45 years old, probably a manager or similar he was wearing a t shirt with a sign saying Staff. If he didn't want to get bother he shouldn't sit at the front desk just 2 meters away from the glass door entrance. Totally irresponsible attitude, stubbornness and Bully ambient. A minimum standard of politeness is not an option if you're Staff, no excuses for such horrible behavior. It's a new place and once voice will spread they'll go downhill. The layout it's strange, once you swipe your card you have to go downstairs to get change and then upstairs again across the lobby at the main entrance and swipe again to then walk to the gym. Cardio machines are also separate and located downstairs the machine room......Totally odd place in all aspects!

Very good and modern gym, one of the best in Roma. Everywhere is clean, staff is polite and coaches are masters of their cruft. I like its hudge parking place and clean and amazing swimming pool!!!! I would recommend you this gym!!
