Really friendly people and amazing prices not to mention the wide range and choice of mobile devices and not only and the owner is a special person who always pleases his customers as you notice that he is keen to keep them happy. What to say a unique shop in Italy.

Sinceramente sono molto dispiaciuta che sia andata via prima la signora traferita a torre del Greco e poi il giovanotto andato via durante la pandemia
Due persone amabilissime,preparate, conoscendo come le loro tasche tutti i cellulari e le varie apparecchiature, invogliavano all’acquisto
Ispiravano fiducia ed ho acquistato tante cose
Nulla da dire del nuovo personale ma la loro non presenza è una grande perdita sociale
Fa tristezza ritornare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo conoscevo come ottimo negozio dove negli anni ho comprato ma con un problema di fotocamera chiaramente di fabbrica non mi hanno proposto la sostituzione.
Ovviamente andrò in futuro altrove e da parte mia avranno una pessima pubblicità.
Il telefono comprato 3 giorni prima potevano se volevano ritirararlo in garanzia.
Per poche centinaia di euro..... pessima gestione e strategia.
Anche una sola recensione negativa fa testo.
In pratica se comprereste un cellulare con difetto non lo cambiano, state attenti.
I knew it as an excellent shop where I bought it over the years but with a clearly factory camera problem, they didn't offer me a replacement.
Obviously I will go elsewhere in the future and for my part they will have bad publicity.
The phone bought 3 days earlier they could if they wanted to withdraw it under warranty.
For a few hundred euros ..... bad management and strategy.
Even a single negative review counts.
In practice, if you buy a cell phone with a defect they don't change it, be careful.
