Ho acquistato un monitor di 21.5 pollici (il quale mi è stato venduto come monitor da 22), NON MULTIMEDIALE (caratteristica non specificata, il che mi sembra una palese negligenza del venditore), prodotto che ho trovato su internet ad un prezzo molto inferiore, appunto perché, il prezzo che ho pagato io corrisponde in realtà al prezzo di un monitor di 22 pollici EFFETTIVI, multimediale. Ho telefonato e se ne sono completamente lavati le mani, ignorando palesemente ogni diritto spettante al consumatore. Prenderò atto di quanto accaduto, sconsiglio fortemente questo punto vendita.
