Il preposto , subito mi risponde che la campagna e gli sconti sono terminati , orientandomi verso un altro acquisto di bici con consegna a ben 30 gg e oltre , a prezzo pieno , senza alcuno sconto. Mi viene spontaneo chiedere , se in altri STOOR sempre UNIEUR ci siano bici a promozione , ed il commesso risponde , che non sa ' e non manderebbe mai un cliente da un suo concorrente.Questo ragazzo deve fare un percorso commerciale appropriato , la sinergia, tra PATNERS è figlia di buoni affari e io stamani ero sceso , con intenzioni di spendere mille eur . Con un negozio praticamente vuoto (al momento del mio arrivo c'erano altre 2 persone) e la necessità di ritirare semplicemente un ordine fatto online (e custodito proprio dietro la cassa) ho atteso quasi 30 minuti. All'ingresso un dipendente ha preso il mio nominativo per poi uscire dal negozio e disinteressarsi completamente della questione, se non fossi andato a chiedere ripetutamente ai commessi probabilmente sarei ancora lì ad aspettare. Courteous staff but really absurd waits. With a practically empty shop (at the time of my arrival there were 2 other people) and the need to simply pick up an order made online (and kept right behind the cash desk) I waited almost 30 minutes. At the entrance an employee took my name and then left the shop and completely ignored the question, if I didn't go to ask the clerks repeatedly I would probably still be there waiting.
