Sono rimasto molto contento del servizio di consegna che ha garantito il rispetto dei tempi previsto dall'ordine, infatti ho ricevuto l'elettrodomestico il 20 agosto 2020. Inoltre, Mondoelettrodomestici forniva il costante aggiornamento dello stato dell'ordine e della consegna. Il prodotto è arrivato integro e conforme a quanto previsto. Invece, ho avuto difficoltà ad attivare il servizio di garanzia, poiché la pagina dedicata sul sito non ne consente l'attivazione ed il numero di telefono, al quale chiamare, non è mai disponibile. Pertanto, ho provveduto ad inviare il talloncino cartaceo della garanzia alla classica casella postale ed ho effettuato la registrazione del servizio di garanzia triennale via web.
I purchased a Zerowatt dishwasher (Zd1 | 38-02) from Mondoelettrodomestici on 24 August 2020. I was very happy with the delivery service which guaranteed compliance with the deadlines set by the order, in fact I received the appliance on 20 August 2020 Furthermore, Mondoelettrodomestici provided the constant updating of the order and delivery status. The product arrived intact and compliant with what was expected. Instead, I had difficulty activating the warranty service, since the dedicated page on the site does not allow it to be activated and the telephone number to call is never available. Therefore, I proceeded to send the paper guarantee slip to the classic post office box and registered the three-year guarantee service via the web.
