Servizio al cliente estremamente variabile a seconda delle "lune", à volte cortese altre sprezzante "non ho tempo per starti dietro" o addirittura privo di alcun rispetto ed offensivo, senza nessun motivo, nei confronti dei clienti. I prezzo seguono la stessa non logica, a volte convenienti altre per nulla, a seconda di come "gira". Mi ci ero anche abituato ma quando è sconfinato nell'arroganza e nelle accuse quasi di furto "è la terza volta che vuoi pagarmi portandomi questo buono" affermazione evidentemente assurda, l'ho cancellato dalla mia lista. Sarà anche l'unico rimasto nel Levante genovese, ma tollerare 'ste mattane anche no, grazie.
Good assortment and variety of products. Extremely variable customer service depending on the "moons", sometimes polite at others contemptuous "I don't have time to keep up with you" or even lacking any respect and offensive, without any reason, towards customers. The prices follow the same non-logic, sometimes convenient, others not at all, depending on how it "turns". I was also used to it but when it is boundless in arrogance and almost theft accusations "it's the third time you want to pay me by bringing me this coupon" obviously absurd statement, I crossed it off my list. It will also be the only one left in the Genoese Levant, but tolerate these mornings even no, thanks.
