Arrivo 15 minuti prima della chiusura, precisando di volere acquistare più paia di scarpe e pantaloni, ma mi viene fatto intendere che, dato il tempo limitato, ciò non sarà possibile. Ben altro trattamento mi viene dedicato a Serravalle, dove trovo personale non solo competente ma decisamente più disponibile e cortese.
 Nice shop and apparently well-stocked. I arrive 15 minutes before closing, stating that I want to buy more pairs of shoes and pants, but I am made to understand that, given the limited time, this will not be possible. Much more treatment is dedicated to me in Serravalle, where I find staff not only competent but decidedly more helpful and courteous.

E' stato un'ora a spiegarci tutti i dettagli di scarpe e giacche, purtroppo per diversi motivi non abbiamo comprato nulla e per correttezza lo abbiamo chiamato per scusarci del tempo che ha perso con noi e lui è rimasto gentile e cortese. Questa è professionalità.
We were greeted by a super helpful, knowledgeable and nice guy. It was an hour to explain all the details of shoes and jackets, unfortunately for several reasons we did not buy anything and to be fair we called to apologize for the time he lost with us and he remained kind and courteous. This is professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto nel negozio è stato estremamente gentile e disponibili, dandoci suggerimenti e dimostrando fin da subito di essere estremamente competente e appassionato. Anche a livello di prezzi ci ha trattato molto bene. Non appena avremo nuovi acquisti da voler fare torneremo sicuramente qui.
The guy who welcomed us into the shop was extremely kind and helpful, giving us suggestions and immediately showing that he was extremely competent and passionate. He also treated us very well in terms of prices. As soon as we have new purchases to make we will definitely be back here.
