In poche ore mi hanno: recuperato con carroattrezzi, diagnosticato avaria piantone sterzo, recuperato pezzo sostitutivo, effettuato riparazione, consentendomi nel frattempo di raggiungere comunque il luogo di lavoro ed intraprendere viaggio per rientro a casa la serata stessa con auto riparata.

 Efficient, fast, available. In a few hours they have: recovered with a tow truck, diagnosed a steering column failure, recovered a replacement part, repaired, allowing me to reach the place of work in the meantime and undertake a trip back home the same evening with a repaired car.

Ringrazio per le scuse del ritardo della consegna ma quella è la parte meno peggio di tutta la situazione. Perché molto più grave è ad esempio un 200% di rincaro senza essere avvisato di nulla e dando per scontato che io avrei comunque accettato con quel sovraprezzo. E altrettanto grave è stata la totale noncuranza della mia richiesta per un auto sostitutiva di cui avevo la necessità e mai consegnata. Inoltre (dato di fatto) se un preventivo è sbagliato e a voi questa esperienza è servita per imparare vorrei capire perché l'unico ad averci rimesso sono io in questa situazione. Perché almeno per onestà potevate quantomeno venire incontro con il prezzo della manodopera che voi stessi avete confermato non capace di fare un corretto preventivo e giustificando i con motivazioni che non mi riguardano. Continuo a pensare di parlare con ladri incompetenti
PS per tutti i futuri clienti. State attenti che magari il fatto che non lo sapevano si facesse così può essere una scusante per fregare soldi anche a voi

Thank you for the apologies for the delay in delivery but that is the least worst part of the whole situation. Because much more serious is, for example, a 200% increase without being warned of anything and assuming that I would have accepted with that surcharge anyway. And equally serious was the total neglect of my request for a replacement car that I needed and never delivered. Also (as a matter of fact) if a quote is wrong and this experience has helped you to learn I would like to understand why the only one who lost is me in this situation. Because at least for honesty you could at least meet the price of labor that you yourself have confirmed not capable of making a correct estimate and justifying the reasons that do not concern me. I keep thinking about talking to incompetent thieves
PS for all future customers. Beware that maybe the fact that they didn't know it was done like this can be an excuse to steal money from you too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menefreghismo , pressapochismo, riparazioni lasciate incompiute per la fretta matta di correre ad altre auto,,, invece i clienti vip passano avanti ai lavori di meno guadagno e probabilmente se ne vanno con l auto aggiustata
Indifference, carelessness, repairs left unfinished due to the mad rush to run to other cars ,,, instead the VIP customers move on to the jobs of less earnings and probably leave with the repaired car

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are an absolute joke and almost ruined out whole euro trip . Complete con artists work here . All we needed was our break pads changed. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US 2000 POUNDS FOR OUR WORKING GEAR BOX WE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH !!! They tried to take advantage of us as we could not speak our language. Worst garage experience I have ever had and would hate for this to happen to anyone else . Horrible horrible place full of conartists. Do not bring your car here
