Siamo stati accolti e seguiti fin da subito dal Titolare Riccardo e da Mara nella scelta, non so più quante volte sono usciti per farci vedere i colori sul posto. I serramenti sono arrivati ottimamente imballati soprattutto nelle parti più a rischio. Alfredo e il suo team hanno lavorato in modo eccezionale con ordine e pulizia, tutto installato in modo preciso e alla fine correttamente collaudato. Ti rendi subito conto che hai a che fare con dei professionisti e non con le solite squadre di montatori all'arrebaggio..... Purtroppo tre anni fa ho avuto delle brutte esperienze con i serramenti in un’altra casa con un’altra azienda ..... avevo persino un’anta di una porta finestra che dava sul giardino e che si poteva aprire solo forzandola.... la ditta che li ha posati proprio non riusciva a sistemarla dicendo che la colpa era del pavimento non in squadra.... alla fine Alfredo me l'ha sistemata in 10 minuti di orologio.... GRAZIE ANCORA!!!! Le finestre in pvc e le tapparelle motorizzate in alluminio sono ottime solide e funzionano tutte in modo preciso, alla fine del montaggio si poteva apprezzare da subito l’insonorizzazione e la tenuta termica. Peccato tre anni fa non abbia fatto i lavori sempre con loro… Io credo che la strategia vincente di questa azienda, oltre ovviamente al prodotto di ottima qualità, stia proprio nell’avere dei dipendenti che seguono tutto dalla vendita al montaggio e non delle squadre di montatori autonomi spesso sottopagati e improvvisati…... Alfredo and his team worked in an exceptional way with order and cleanliness, all installed precisely and in the end correctly tested. You immediately realize that you are dealing with professionals and not with the usual teams of fitters at the boarding ..... Unfortunately, three years ago I had bad experiences with windows in another house with another company ..... I even had a window door that overlooked the garden and that could only be opened by forcing it ... the company that laid them just could not fix it saying that the fault was the floor not in the square .... in the end Alfredo fixed it for me in 10 minutes on the clock .... THANKS AGAIN !!!! The PVC windows and motorized aluminum shutters are excellent solid and all work precisely, at the end of the assembly you could immediately appreciate the soundproofing and thermal sealing. Too bad three years ago he didn't always work with them ... I believe that the winning strategy of this company, in addition of course to the excellent quality product, lies precisely in having employees who follow everything from sales to assembly and not teams of self-employed assemblers who are often underpaid and improvised ... ... I posatori sono stati molto bravi ed attenti durante tutte le fasi di installazione così come in fase di acquisto ci siamo trovati molto bene grazie ai consigli che ci sono stati dati. Consigliati!! M	Massimo Mazzola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Questi pensano solo a vendere il loro prodotto poi se avete un problema spariscono. E' successo a me con una finestra vasistas bloccata. Sono Intervenuti dopo 2 mesi ma solo perchè ho sollecitato la casa madre ed il rappresentante di zona. L'intervento è stato pessimo ed ha peggiorato la situazione, danneggiandomi la finestra del tutto. Se vuoi far valere la garanzia ti dicono che non puoi farlo perchè non hai fatto la manutenzione ma al momento dell'installazione nessuno ti dice che la devi fare e nemmeno ti offrono un servizio di manutenzione. Motivo: NON fanno manutenzione e non sono attrezzati per farla. Se si rompe qualcosa i ricambi NON li hanno. Assolutamente sconsigliati, da evitare. La loro risposta a questa recensione so già quale sarà perchè a tutte le recensioni negative rispondono che non hanno mai avuto rapporti con chi le ha scritte. Io vi ho avvisato. They only think about selling their product then if you have a problem they disappear. It happened to me with a blocked vasistas window. They intervened after 2 months but only because I asked the head office and the area representative. The surgery was very bad and made the situation worse by damaging my window completely. If you want to enforce the warranty they tell you that you can't do it because you haven't done the maintenance but at the time of installation nobody tells you that you have to do it and they don't even offer you a maintenance service. Reason: They do NOT do maintenance and are not equipped to do it. If something breaks, the spare parts DO NOT have them. Absolutely not recommended, to be avoided. Their response to this review I already know what it will be because to all the negative reviews they respond that they have never had a relationship with the person who wrote them. I have warned you.

Enzo in fase di colloquio è stato molto chiaro e cortese dandomi spiegazioni esaustive e molto precise. Cristian ed il suo team hanno svolto il lavoro in modo eccezionale. Nonostante il periodo che stiamo attraversando i tempi di consegna sono stati brevi. Materiale arrivato ottimamente imballato e quindi in condizioni perfette. In tempi brevissimi; con competenza, ordine e pulizia hanno installato in maniera precisa e attenta i serramenti interni e le persiane del mio appartamento prestando attenzione alle rifiniture e collaudando il tutto a fine lavori. Inoltre sia l’appartamento che le aree esterne utilizzate sono state ripulite a dovere. L'assistenza dell'elettricista per l'antifurto ha concluso il lavoro, lasciandomi in totale sicurezza. Sottolineo con grande piacere che la professionalità, la cortesia, l'educazione e la simpatia del personale è stata eccellente (cosa da non sottovalutare per chi entra a casa di estranei per la prima volta). Ci ho messo un po' a fare questo lavoro.... ma la soddisfazione nel vedere il risultato finale è davvero tanta. Super consigliato!! N.B. CI RIVEDREMO SICURAMENTE PER LE PORTE INTERNE! In a very short time; with competence, order and cleanliness they installed the internal doors and shutters of my apartment in a precise and careful way, paying attention to the finishing touches and testing everything at the end of the work. In addition, both the apartment and the outdoor areas used have been properly cleaned. The assistance of the electrician for the alarm finished the job, leaving me in total safety. I emphasize with great pleasure that the professionalism, courtesy, education and friendliness of the staff was excellent (which should not be underestimated for those who enter the home of strangers for the first time).
