M	Marco Corrente on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È stata un esperienza molto positiva al momento dell'acquisto tutto ok, poi ovviamente a distanza di un anno ho riscontrato dei problemi e volevo chiedere se è capitato a qualcuno altro lo stesso problema mio, cioè acquistando una cucina con piano cottura ad induzione mi è stata applicata una cappa e confermata idonea al piano, ma quando si cucina ci sono tantissime goccioline che cadono nel cibo. Ovviamente il pensile si sta già gonfiando perché la cappa non aspira come dovrebbe, però dopo varie email fatte mi continuano a ribadire che è idonea, mah!! Sono deluso perché ho fatto una spesa non poco per la mia cucina e dopo un anno sono già qui a lamentarmi dell'acquisto.,tanto vale è spendere poco tanto alla fine non ne vale la pena. Ah dimenticavo al momento dell'acquisto non mi è stato proposto un alternativa di cappa, dico questo perché dopo un anno mi viene detto che la cappa è idonea al piano cottura, ma nello stesso tempo mi viene fatta una proposta di una cappa apposita ovviamente pagando la differenza. Allora mi viene da pensare che non è idonea. Mah Non consiglio più questa ditta. Sono stataimplorata di cancellare la recensione promettendomi di sistemare quanto prima la faccenda? sono passati 11 mesi e sto aspettando ancora?!!! Non voglio più sentire ne vedere arredogroup??? Adesso parliamo dei lavori di montaggio. Prima di comperare una cucina bisogna leggere il contratto un consiglio perche´il montaggio della pattumiera non e´ di loro competenza: La cosa piu assurda e`che piano il cottura con cappa integrata non e´competenza dei montatori.
