★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio impeccabile, dipendenti (con voce robotica) alla cassa del casello molto cordiali e di poche parole, con stupore il saluto finale di "arrivederci" e l'apertura della stanga!
Impeccable service, employees (with robotic voice) at the toll booth very friendly and of few words, with amazement the final "goodbye" greeting and the opening of the pole!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting here 40 minutes, because only 2 gates are open for normal payment methods. Two other gates are reserved for telepass and are empty (flowing traffic). How is this helping the quality of air and nature around here if hundreds of autos are stuck here in traffic gem?!. More gates for all traffic need to be open, doesn't make sense to reserve two gates for telepass! Observe what's going on and make changes!
