Suoniamo, però la persona che ci risponde ci apre solo la sbarra senza darci alcuna spiegazione sulla quale procedura seguire una volta usciti dal casello autostradale. Risuoniamo per avere un supporto ma nessuno ci risponde. Trovo che sia un atteggiamento poco professionale visto che l'autostrada la paghiamo e nemmeno poco. Adesso siamo usciti da li ma non sappiamo come ci dobbiamo comportare. ? We enter by mistake at the exit of the telepass instead of paying, since we do not have a telepass.
