Giordan oltre ad essere professionale e anche amante degli animali e mi ha dato dei consigli ( per tutta la vita ho avuto cani però certe cose non le sapevo). È molto gentile, appuntamento preso subito e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo il posto. I happened to be in this shop by chance and what to say, I found myself not well but very well (not me but my Pet ?) Giordan in addition to being professional and also a lover of animals and he gave me advice (all my life I had dogs, however, I did not know certain things). He is very kind, appointment made immediately and excellent value for money. The place is highly recommended.

Con Jordan ci siamo trovati benissimo, oltre ad essere cordiale e simpatico è super professionale: il nostro cane sì è fidato dopo pochi istanti. Altro plus, è la possibilità di assistere alla tosatura durante tutte le sue fasi. Consigliatissimo. Il proprietario può sempre stare vicino al suo amico peloso. Ho lavato il mio Rottweiler di 13 anni e dopo una settimana è ancora puliti e profuma. Eny è una ragazza super gentile e disponibile. Mentre Jordan lavora eny fa le coccole ai nostri amici pelosi. Insomma ho aspettato una settimana per scrivere questa recensione proprio perché volevo vedere se il cane profumava a lungo. Sono totalmente soddisfatto e lo consiglio a tutti. What to say? A unique grooming of its kind. Jordan works in the shop window and this guarantees the total transparency of his professionalism. The owner can always be close to his furry friend. I washed my 13 year old Rottweiler and after a week it is still clean and smells good. Eny is a super nice and helpful girl. While Jordan works, eny cuddles our furry friends. In short, I waited a week to write this review because I wanted to see if the dog smelled for a long time. I am totally satisfied and recommend it to everyone.
C	Carlotta Galli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a toelettare per la prima volta il mio Pomerania di 4 mesi e sono rimasta pienamente soddisfatta del risultato è della professionalità del toelettatore. Dopo circa un mese e mezzo ho preso un secondo appuntamento ma al mio arrivo in negozio ho scoperto che il toelettatore era cambiato. Per rispetto ho chiesto informazioni su questo cambio ma al tempo stesso ho supposto che la nuova toelettatrice fosse professionalmente allo stesso livello del precedente. Invece purtroppo mi sbagliavo. Mi hanno restituito un cane irriconoscibile, hanno fatto esattamente il contrario di quello che avevo richiesto, (lavaggio e taglio di pulizia senza toccare la parte anteriore e taglio unghie), il cane è stato praticamente “tosato” sulla testa, con un lato asimmetrico rispetto all’altro, le orecchie sono state tagliate tutte scalettate, le unghie non sono state tagliate. Ho chiamato per esprimere il mio disappunto (il cane era con mia figlia) e la proprietaria ha anche sostenuto che la toelettatura era perfetta. Oltre alla poca professionalità anche molta presunzione. Inutile dire che ho cambiato toelettatore. I took my 4 month old Pomeranian to grooming for the first time and I was fully satisfied with the result and the professionalism of the groomer. After about a month and a half I made a second appointment but when I arrived at the shop I discovered that the groomer had changed. Out of respect I asked about this change but at the same time I assumed that the new groomer was professionally at the same level as the previous one. Unfortunately I was wrong instead. They gave me back an unrecognizable dog, they did exactly the opposite of what I requested, (washing and cleaning cut without touching the front and nails cut), the dog was practically "clipped" on the head, with one side asymmetrical compared to at the other, the ears were all jagged, the nails were not trimmed. I called to express my disappointment (the dog was with my daughter) and the owner also claimed that the grooming was perfect. In addition to the lack of professionalism, there is also a lot of presumption. Needless to say, I changed the groomer.

Ho smesso di andare al luxury4dog proprio per questo motivo ma non appena ho saputo della sostituzione del toelettatore ho riprovato ad andarci una seconda volta siccome la proprietaria era stata molto gentile e questa volta mi sono trovata benissimo, Manuela la nuova toelettatrice ha trattato la mia cagnolina, un chihuahua con una dolcezza davvero unica, l’ha coccolata al contrario di quello che è successo con il primo toelettatore. Grazie mille ragazzi siete i migliori continuate così, Tiffany è super pulita e profumata ci rivedremo presto. I stopped going to luxury4dog for this very reason but as soon as I learned about the replacement of the groomer I tried to go there a second time as the owner was very kind and this time I had a great time, Manuela the new groomer treated my dog , a Chihuahua with a truly unique sweetness, pampered her as opposed to what happened with the first groomer. In aggiunta alla professionalità di Jordan, toelettatore, apprezzo tantissimo il fatto che sia consentito rimanere ad assistere e fare compagnia al proprio figlio peloso. Quindi assolutamente consigliato!! My Mafalda came out beautiful, clean, fragrant, and finally cut like a real Lagotto. Sono super soddisfatto del servizio e lo consiglio soprattutto per la gentilezza, la professionalità e la cura che le ragazze dedicano a tutti i cani.
