★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A dir poco imbarazzanti. Consegna prevista il 18, il 17 dicono di aver provato a consegnare ma che non ero a casa (falso) e guarda caso non c'è alcun avvisto.
Se non avete voglia di lavorare licenziatevi e lasciate posto a gente meno lavativa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ corriere TNT che oggi, 26/11/21 alle ore 15:30 consegna una pedana con 65 litri di olio a Trieste: ci mettiamo d'accordo telefonicamente perché non è capace di scaricare da solo la pedana. ovvio, ma non è un mio problema. Mi dice per telefono che allora verranno in 2 per la consegna, invece si presenta da solo e PRETENDE aiuto a scaricare la merce nonostante gli avessi detto più volte a telefono, che stessi lavorando in smart working. Mi fa perdere importanti telefonate, non parcheggia neanche davanti la porta ma a distanza, rendendo ancora più faticoso il trasporto della pesante pedana. In pratica, a telefono mi ha detto che avrebbe trovato una soluzione, e invece al momento della consegna, mi ha costretto ad aiutarlo. A sto punto mi davi una percentuale della tua paga, furbacchione! Adesso i clienti devono fare gli scaricatori, dov'è scritto? E se avessi avuto una gamba ingessata come avresti fatto? Mai più spedizione con voi, siete degli sfaticati, disorganizzati e scansafatiche. E sottolineo che parlo della sede di Sgonico (TS). Voi non potete assolutamente contare sulle prestazioni fisiche dei clienti, sull aiuto e sulla nostra collaborazione per scaricare la merce dai vostri furgoni, solo perché non siete in grado di inviare due dipendenti per pacchi pesanti! Non siamo colleghi, fate il vostro mestiere, vergognosi!

Pagata spedizione urgente con consegna tassativa entro le 10, hanno perso il pacco, dovevano consegnarlo oggi (ho un'attività e sto aspettando merce urgente per un matrimonio), hanno messo che sono chiusa per ferie prolungate. Se chiamo l'unica cosa che fanno è scrivere una segnalazione. Della segnalazione non me ne faccio nulla! A me serve la merce! Tra l'altro TNT è il corriere più pagato, ed ora pagato profumatamente per spedizione urgente con consegna entro le 10.
Absolutely bad! A fronte di miei 'buongiorno', 'grazie' e incredibili espressioni del genere, risposta muta e: "ecco qua, ciao" (con classica pronuncia aperta triestina). Un vaffa ci stava.l tutto. Non capisco perché tanti autisti viceversa si comportano sempre educatamente e gentilmente. L'autista é il biglietto da visita dell'azienda si rimembri

E già la seconda volta che senza nemmeno passare il corriere mi viene inserito nel tracking destinatario assente, la dipendente del call center ancora peggio, le sue risposte sono sempre state non so come aiutarti allora se non sai e non sapete far il vostro lavoro state a casa con il reddito che vi conviene, sono generi alimentari, se qualcosa questa volta va male mi rivolgerò a chi di dovere, corriere e call center da licenziare in tronco, i peggiori di Italia e pure la peggior filiale di Italia, più che pessimo.
In più aggiungo una cosa, per ben 2 volte consecutive il corriere ha dichiarato di non aver alcuna moneta per dare il resto, o si pagava di più o il pacco tornava indietro, oltre che ad essere arrogante e scortese il corriere e pure furbo e ladruncolo, ATTENZIONE DA SEGNALARE !!!

My boyfriend sent me flowers from France on my birthday, January 9th and arranged everything to have them delivered on that specific day. No deliveries arrived on that day, nor on the 10th, so my bf contacted the seller to complain. The next day, January 11th, a delivery notice appears in my mailbox saying they tried to deliver on January 9th. They faked the date on the delivery notice! I check my mailbox twice a day and there was nothing until the afternoon of January 11th and this is unacceptable. Really an awful service.
