L'addetto giovane è gentile e professionale al contrario del cafone, maleducato, scortese del capoufficio. Soggetti del genere non dovrebbero avere contatto alcuno con il pubblico. Vergogna.
 Living near the DHL office in Opicina, I went there 2 times to make international shipments. The young clerk is polite and professional as opposed to the boorish, rude, rude office manager. Such subjects should have no contact with the public. Shame.
