★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roberta e Ruben sono una forza della natura. Ciò che producono non è solamente buono, ma è sopratutto uno stile di vita, è amore e cura del territorio.Formaggi di capra favolosi(qui le capre e le pecore sono davvero felici!) e uno yogurt di pecora semplicemente strepitoso.
Roberta and Ruben are a force of nature. What they produce is not only good, but it is above all a lifestyle, it is love and care of the land. Fabulous goat cheeses (here goats and sheep are really happy!) And a simply amazing sheep's milk yogurt.

Il rispetto che hanno per la natura e gli animali è lodevole e molto raro da riscontrare ultimamente.
Consiglio a tutti di fare una sosta per assaporare la tradizione e godere del panorama.
The wonderful setting between mountain and sky accompanies the delicious taste of the cheeses made by Roberta and Ruben.

Per il resto non anticipo nulla bisogna aspettare che il locale apra fine restauro DA VISITARE !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nuova apertura come agriturismo in cui non è più solo un punto vendita di prodotti di loro produzione, ma ora anche con la ristorazione. I prodotto già li conoscevo da tempo ma comunque è stata una graditissima sorpresa il menù molto particolare ma ogni piatto estremamente piacevole al palato. Il menù cambia ogni settimana ma sempre con prodotti fatti da loro o tendenzialmente a km 0. Ogni piatto una delizia unica da provare assolutamente
