★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and arrogant - went to buy a watch with VAT exemption, they got the format wrong the first time, went back for correction, shop manager berated me for the mistake of her colleague but re-did the format, promised that they were saving the watch for me for 2 weeks. Went back 10 days later with the exemption certificate and ooops they had sold the watch and would have to order it, would take "at least two weeks". Unprofessional I can handle, but when it is accompanied by arrogance and sneering I lose any desire to buy from this shop or from Tissot in general (despite a Tissot client for over 10 years)

I came in for a repair, and Edoardo was very helpful in explaining the repair procedures, compiling the repair request, and sending the watch off to the main workshop in Milan. Many thanks.
