Avrei lasciato l'auto solo se necessario dopo chiarimento. Mi è stata rifiutata una semplice cortesia. Questo non è dare assistenza ma cercare di approfittare. Non è professionale
Purchased polo from them in 2013 always made the coupons with them. Today I asked to speak to a garage worker for a preliminary clarification. I would have left the car only if necessary after clarification. I was refused a simple courtesy. This is not giving assistance but trying to take advantage. It is not professional
