Danilo mi ha accolto spiegandomi tutto il processo ,senza fretta e con precisione ( sono stato sempre solito andare in carrozzerie che per fare una domanda ed avere una risposta sembrava servisse un incentivo) . Mi ha illustrato con chiarezza anche quanto tempo avrebbero trattenuto la macchina in media con oggettività ( circa 1 mese ) anche qui mi ha fatto piacere la sincerità , poi essendo io molto curioso ed appassionato di auto , mi ha spiegato il danno facendomi notare le azioni che avrebbe fatto per ripristinare il tutto . Francesca , lato ufficio , ha prenotato la mia auto sostitutiva per le mie personali esigenze. Insomma, una gestione come dovrebbero fare tutti. Quando trovi professionisti che lavorano bene...quasi rimani meravigliato ( e dovrebbe essere la normalità ). Tornero sicuramente se mi dovesse servire . Danilo welcomed me explaining the whole process, without haste and with precision (I have always used to go to body shops that seemed to need an incentive to ask a question and get an answer). He also clearly illustrated how long they would have kept the car on average with objectivity (about 1 month), here too I was pleased with the sincerity, then being very curious and passionate about cars, he explained the damage to me by pointing out the actions that would have done to restore it all. Francesca, on the office side, booked my replacement car for my personal needs. In short, a management as everyone should do. When you find professionals who work well ... you almost be amazed (and that should be normal). I will definitely come back if I need to. Thanks

C'è di fatto che Danilo con una modica cifra è tanta professionalità è riuscito a fare un capolavoro e ridare splendore alla mia cara Seat altea. Lo consiglio vivamente.
