Ho chiesto, con garbo, se potessero stamparmi un allegato (di una pagina!) arrivato sulla mia email... hanno fatto finta di accettare ma poi la mia mail inoltrata alla loro non è mai arrivata.... hanno detto che a loro succede spesso...
pochi metri più avanti, in un’altra tipografia, un ragazzo indiano mi ha fatto subito la stampa, e gratis.... dire subito di no sarebbe stato più corretto

I asked, politely, if they could print me an attachment (one page!) Arrived on my email ... they pretended to accept but then my email forwarded to them never arrived .... they said that to them it happens often ...
a few meters further on, in another print shop, an Indian boy immediately made me the press, and for free .... say "no right" would have been more correct

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi chiedo come sia possibile entrare in una tipografia in una città come Bologna, per stampare un poster A1 e sentirsi dire: abbiamo le macchine occupate ti consiglio di andare a stampare da Asterisco.
Oltretutto anche in modo svogliato e maleducato.
Sicuramente non mi vedranno più ma non penso gli possa interessare, visto che a quanto pare son contenti se andate a stampare altrove!
I wonder how it is possible to enter a printing house in a city like Bologna, to print an A1 poster and to be told: we have busy machines I suggest you go to print from Asterisco.
Moreover, even in a lazy and rude manner.
Surely they will not see me any more but I do not think it will interest them, since apparently they are happy if you go to print elsewhere!
