Vi racconto cosa mi è successo: Causa macchia di caffè al vestito del mio matrimonio abbiamo chiamato diverse tintorie di Milano, siamo in pieno agosto e tante tintorie hanno declinato la possibilità di poter gestire il mio problema, altre mi consigliavano di “provare” a gestire la macchia… comprendete bene che un abito da matrimonio non lo si porta in una tintoria qualunque con il rischio che possa rovinare il vestito. Allora continuando nella ricerca di una tintoria affidabile abbiamo trovato la Tintoria Ricciarelli, per comprendere se poteva essere risolto il mio problema abbiamo chiamato e abbiamo compreso subito che il livello era alto e la persona dall’altra parte era molto professionale. Ha immediatamente detto: “porta il vestito che bisogna subito fare i seguenti trattamenti per questo tipo di macchia… ”. Ho subito capito che avrei avuto il risultato sperato e così è stato. Il vestito è tornato come nuovo! Quindi servizio, disponibilità, professionalità, gentilezza, cortesia, ottima qualità prezzo. Quindi che dire SUPER CONSIGLIATO. Gli ho portato due capi che ormai davo già per persi visto i danni che avevano subito (macchiati apparentemente in maniera irreparabile da un capo "killer" che aveva lasciato colore ovunque). Io avevo già tentato qualche rimedio casalingo senza ottenere successo. A lui ho chiesto di fare il miracolo e lui, sebbene in partenza fosse un pò pessimista, l'ha fattoooO!! Grazie ancora !
