H	Helena Mannella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a lavare il mio piumino tempo fa e, dopo averlo ritirato, mi sono accorta che era notevolmente più afflosciato rispetto a prima e c'era un evidente difetto sul bordo, forse una parte del piumino ha ceduto dopo il lavaggio. Sono tornata da loro e il ragazzo che mi ha accolta mi ha detto che non dipendeva dal lavaggio, ha comunque provato a farlo stirare al volo dai suoi colleghi per cercare di dimostrarmi che era un problema relativo al tessuto del mio piumino ma il difetto è rimasto uguale e io sono sicura al 100% che quando l ho comprato non c era. Il piumino è notevolmente rovinato e ha un difetto davvero evidente che prima di averlo portato in lavanderia non c'era. Ora mi tocca portarlo da un sarto per cercare di farlo riparare. Purtroppo mi tocca sconsigliare questa lavanderia, mi hanno rovinato piumino e sono stati anche poco onesti. I went back to them and the boy who welcomed me told me that it did not depend on the washing, he still tried to have him ironed on the fly by his colleagues to try to show me that it was a problem related to the fabric of my duvet but the defect remained the same and I'm 100% sure that when I bought it it wasn't there. The duvet is notably ruined and has a really evident defect that before taking it to the laundry room it wasn't there. Now I have to take it to a tailor to try to get it repaired. Unfortunately I have to advise against this laundry, they ruined my down jacket and they were also not very honest.
