Friendly, nice and helpful salespeople. Very beautiful and quality garments, but during discounts, on the official Timberland website you pay almost half the price of what they offer you in the store, already discounted.

ho acquistato felpe girocollo che mi sono durate anni, anche se costano più di quelle da "battaglia".
Calde e robuste - davvero validissime, se confrontate con quelle da mercato che si allargano / smagliano e consumano ai gomiti dopo un lavaggio.
Davvero non vi è confronto in qualità.
Ho acquistato invece bellissimi ed eleganti giubbotti pesanti per l'inverno che purtroppo mi hanno dato lo stesso problema, nel tempo :
l'ultimo dopo neanche un mese - uno dei bottoni della chiusura in ferro, ha lasciato la sua sede - dentro l'asola ( lasciando un buco ), per fissarsi nella parte opposta.
Alla Timberland porvi rimedio.

My experience is this:
I bought crewneck sweatshirts that have lasted me for years, even if they cost more than the "battle" ones.
Warm and sturdy - really great when compared to those on the market that stretch / stretch and wear at the elbows after a wash.
There really is no comparison in quality.
Instead, I bought beautiful and elegant heavy jackets for the winter which unfortunately gave me the same problem over time:
the last one after less than a month - one of the buttons of the iron closure has left its seat - inside the buttonhole (leaving a hole), to fasten on the opposite side.
Timberland will remedy this.
However, I vote 9.5
