★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scarpe per bimbo di 1 anno suggerite e provate in negozio, ritenute adatte dal personale, sono poi risultate strette dopo appena 5 minuti di utilizzo. La richiesta di poterle sostituire con un numero maggiore non è stata nemmeno presa in considerazione per via del fatto di averci camminato. Ok… errore mio a fidarmi e non aver provato a far camminare il bimbo dentro il negozio prima dell’acquisto, però credo che almeno si sarebbe potuto evitare di propormi la vendita di un numero più adatto dopo aver categoricamente rifiutato il cambio.
Shoes for 1-year-olds suggested and tested in the store, deemed suitable by the staff, were then found to be tight after just 5 minutes of use. The request to be able to replace them with a larger number was not even taken into consideration due to the fact that I walked through them. Ok ... my mistake in trusting and not having tried to make the child walk inside the store before purchasing, but I think that at least it could have been avoided to offer me the sale of a more suitable number after having categorically refused the change.
