Esperienza negativa perche HO PAGATO ANTICIPATAMENTE un giubbino per mio nipote di 6 anni ma non mi è mai stato spedito a bergamo. Questo cappottino volevo regalarlo al compleanno di mio nipote ma non mi è mai stato mandato . La titolare aveva promesso e ripromesso che L avrebbe mandato ma purtroppo non ha rispettato i patti. Sono molto amareggiata perché era molto comprensiva con me e sembrava proprio ci tenesse. Invece era solamente una finta per fregare un turista. Ci rivediamo ad agosto !!!!!!!!

Negative experience because I PAID IN ADVANCE for a jacket for my 6 year old nephew but it was never sent to me in Bergamo. I wanted to give this coat to my nephew's birthday but it was never sent to me. The owner had promised and promised that L would send but unfortunately did not respect the agreements. I am very embittered because she was very understanding with me and it seemed she really cared. Instead it was just a fake to rip a tourist off. See you in August !!!!!!!!
