★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disponibilità nulla e acidità unica. Questo il riassunto della mia pessima esperienza. Sono entrato chiedendo un preventivo per un occhiale da vista, i proprietari (padre e figlia) mi hanno accolto palesemente nervosi e infastiditi e hanno provato a liquidarmi dando un prezzo forfettario. Al che ho chiesto in maniera molto cortese di configurare un occhiale con maggiori specifiche (sapevo che marca e modello montatura avrei voluto); ho inoltre specificato che non avevo assolutamente fretta e che qualora fossero impegnati (visto il nervosismo) avrei aspettato o sarei passato in un secondo momento. A questa mia richiesta di specificare modello montatura, modello lenti e opzionali lenti, facendo notare l'infastidimento ulteriore han preso un listino, configurato di fretta e furia un occhiale senza accogliere le mie richieste di spiegazioni circa le caratteristiche delle lenti, e al dunque, quando ho chiesto un appunto del preventivo, col tono di chi non ne può più mi han detto "no mi spiace".
La cosa tragi-comica è che tra i preventivi che ho fatto era il più vantaggioso (e non di poco) e sicuramente avrei acquistato gli occhiali da loro. Ma la poca chiarezza e soprattutto la scortesia della proprietaria mi spingono a spendere ben volentieri di più a fronte di maggiore cortesia e professionalità. Complimenti
Null availability and unique acidity. This is the summary of my bad experience. I entered asking for a quote for eyeglasses, the owners (father and daughter) welcomed me clearly nervous and annoyed and tried to liquidate me by giving a flat rate. To which I asked very politely to configure a pair of glasses with higher specifications (I knew which brand and frame model I would like); I also specified that I was in absolutely no hurry and that if they were busy (given the nervousness) I would have waited or would have passed later. At this request of mine to specify frame model, lens model and optional lenses, pointing out further annoyance, they took a price list, hastily configured a pair of glasses without accepting my requests for explanations about the characteristics of the lenses, and therefore, when I asked for a note of the estimate, with the tone of someone who can't take it anymore, they told me "no I'm sorry".
The tragi-comic thing is that among the quotes I made it was the most advantageous (and not a little) and I would certainly have bought the glasses from them. But the lack of clarity and above all the rudeness of the owner push me to spend more willingly in the face of greater courtesy and professionalism. Congratulations
