★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War gerade im timberlandstore Brenner. 2 Paar Schuhe gekauft. An der Kasse funktionierte mein Kreditkarte zweimal nicht ( in den anderen Läden funktionierte sie). Die Kassiererin vernichtete die Anullierungen sofort. Die eckarte funktionierte. Sie schmiss mir die Schuhe auf den Tisch und unterhielt sich weiter mit ihrer Kollegin. Soviel Unaufmerksamkeit ist mir noch passiert. Die gehört rausgeschmissen.
Just went to the timberlandstore in Brenner. Bought 2 pairs of shoes. My credit card did not work twice at the checkout (it did not work in the other stores). The cashier immediately destroyed the cancellations. The corner card worked. She threw my shoes on the table and continued talking to her colleague. So much inattention has happened to me. That should be thrown out.

Kein Problem dachte ich mir, kann sogar bei Timberland passieren.
Die Verkäuferin meinte Garantie gibt es nur mit Karton und dann auch nur 1 Monat.
Bravo dass ist Kundenservice vom feinsten ?.
Sole came off after 4 months.
No problem, I thought, can even happen at Timberland.
The seller said there is only a guarantee with a box and then only 1 month.
Bravo that is customer service at its finest ?.
