Ich habe mir kurz die Maske runtergezogen und bin vor einen Spiegel getreten um eine Mütze zu begutachten und die ungebildete Verkäuferin rannte zu mir als ob ich ein Kaufhausdieb wäre, hat mich lauthals zusammengestaucht. Als ich ihr sagte, dass sie bitte freundlich mit mir reden soll, hat sie mich mit einem Fingerzeig des Geschäftes verwiesen. Als ich die Verantwortliche des Geschäfts verlangte um mich zu beschweren, gab sich die 2te Verkäuferin, als solche zu erkennen und verwies mich ebenfalls mit groben Worten des Geschäftes. Eigentlich hatte ich die Artikel schon ausgesucht und wollte diese auch kaufen. Das habe ich dann im gegenüberliegenden Geschäft Schöffel erledigt wo ich freundlich und professionell empfangen wurde.. kann nur empfehlen, Abstand vom Geschäft Odlo im Brenner Outletcenter zu nehmen um so den unprofessionellen Verkäuferinnen dort zu verstehen zu geben, dass man mit Kunden freundlich sein soll.
Incredibly uneducated, naughty staff. I pulled down my mask for a moment and stepped in front of a mirror to inspect a hat and the uneducated saleswoman ran to me as if I were a department store thief, hunched me up. When I told her to speak to me kindly, she pointed me out of the business. When I asked the person in charge of the business to complain, the second saleswoman identified herself as such and also referred me to the business with rough words. Actually, I had already selected the items and wanted to buy them too. I then did that in the Schöffel store across the street, where I was welcomed in a friendly and professional manner .. can only recommend moving away from the Odlo store in the Brenner Outlet Center in order to let the unprofessional shop assistants understand that one should be friendly with customers.

Anche il negozio Outlet segue la stessa dinamica, prezzi (seppur scontati) non proprio di basso profilo, da frequentare durante le svendite con prudenza.
Odlo is a prestigious, performing and consequently not exactly cheap brand ...
The Outlet store also follows the same dynamic, prices (albeit discounted) not exactly low-key, to be attended during the sales with caution.
