Ich habe bereits über 10 Paar dort gekauft. Und das beste ist man spart immer mindestens 30% und kann auch am Sonntag bei der Heimreise aus dem Urlaub eine Pause einlegen und shoppen. Roba alla scarpantibus e galosciante, forme grossolane, che non ha niente a che vedere con la finezza e la presentazione di altri marchi italiani di ultima generazione. Sehr enttäuschend. Geschäft: Größere Auswahl an Produkten. Empfehlung: bei Kauf sicher sein, dass die Ware in Ordnung ist und nicht zurückgegeben werden muss. Incredibly unfriendly cashier: Defective goods can only be exchanged after a long discussion - then not even for new goods (exchange for goods is legally possible in Italy). Very disappointing. Shop: wider range of products. Recommendation: when buying, be sure that the goods are in order and do not have to be returned.

An der Kasse teilt die unfreundliche Mitarbeitern mit, dass dies nicht gelte, da auf den Outletpreis schon 10 % Nachlass aufgedruckt sind. Auf die Frage "Warum dann über der Kleidung 50 % Nachlass auf den Outletpreis steht", jedoch auch auf den ursprünglichen Outletpreis, mit 50 % erheblich niedriger wären, erhalte ich die Antwort, dass die Preise vorgegeben sind und nicht geändert werden können. Ich habe dann vorgeschlagen dass ich statt der 50 % Nachlass pauschal 500,- €, statt 600,- zahle. Antwort: Ich bin nicht der Verkäufer und wir geben keinen Nachlass, nur weil die Geschäftsführung uns anweist ein Nachlassschild anzubringen. Den Kunden in den Laden zu locken, mit Zusagen die ohnehin nicht gelten, ist Nepp. Verkaufsversuch am 11.2.2022 Let's go !! Pure crap. I wanted to buy three leather jackets, supposedly at 50% off the outlet price, according to the poster. At the checkout, the unfriendly employee tells us that this does not apply, since a 10% discount is already printed on the outlet price. When I asked "Why is there a 50% discount on the outlet price above the clothes", but also on the original outlet price, which would be significantly lower at 50%, I get the answer that the prices are fixed and cannot be changed. I then suggested that I pay a flat rate of €500 instead of the 50% discount instead of €600. Answer: I am not the seller and we do not give a discount just because management tells us to put up a discount tag. Luring customers into the store with promises that don't apply anyway is rip-off.
