Do un 10 pieno al ragazzo che mi ha seguito perché:
- aveva subito più di 30 minuti di richieste astruse o fuori luogo (c'è chi chiedeva info sui vaccini o sulle chiamate all'estero che però non gli servivano) da parte dei clienti davanti a me e ha risposto pazientemente senza fare una piega a tutti
- quando arriva finalmente il mio turno ha risposto subito con cortesia, precisione e competenza alla mia richiesta che ha soddisfatto in pieno, senza andare a farmi perdere tempo con inutili servizi non richiesti e non necessari ma centrando l'obiettivo che avevo
fossero tutti così! voto 10 su 10

Personalmente sono stato assistito da Emma, molto cordiale e simpatica, mi ha seguito passo passo durante una pratica per acquistare un telefono rateizzato.
Nonostante svariate problematiche, grazie al suo impegno e dedizione siamo riusciti nell'intento, e finalmente ho il mio nuovo telefono che tra l'altro mi è stato consigliato dalla stessa Emma.
Sono soddisfatto a pieno carico dall'assistenza offertami, e certamente tornerò in questo centro per ogni mia futura richiesta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo necessità di una connessione di fallback sul mio router fibra TIM per poter continuare ad offrire il servizio internet per le mie strutture turistiche che ne usufruiscono. Sono andato al centro TIM di Maria ed Emma, gentili e molto preparate e mi hanno trovato la soluzione perfetta. Migrazione della mia scheda telefonica TIM a traffico illimitato, attivazione della connessione di fallback a traffico illimitato e problema risolto, spendendo la stessa cifra mensile di prima, ma con una nuova scheda attiva a traffico illimitato sul router fibra. Che dire ? Consiglio a tutti di rivolgersi a loro per qualsivoglia problema, una soluzione ve la trovano sempre ! Brave !

Migration of my TIM phone card with unlimited traffic, activation of the fallback connection with unlimited traffic and problem solved, spending the same monthly amount as before, but with a new active unlimited traffic card on the fiber router.
