No me dan soluciones. Nunca mas, no recomendable. Bad experience, after a few months of buying a phone from Amazon, I ask them for the invoice to deliver it to a theft insurance and they deny it to me. They don't give me solutions. Never again, not recommended.

D'emblée l'entreprise communique de façon à ne prendre aucune responsabilité. Après plusieurs échanges avec cette entreprise, ils m'ont demandé des photos, puis d'autres encore maintenant. Pour l'instant ils font durer l'échange et cherche à me faire porter la faute du dysfonctionnement du téléphone. Après avoir lu d'autres avis, je pense que c'est une arnaque et que ce procédé est courant. En effet, le téléphone n'est jamais tombé et est dans l' état reçu et ils me demandent encore des photos quasiment impossibles à réaliser. J'attends juste qu'ils m'envoient le bon pour qu'ils réparent le téléphone et ils me baladent. Le procédé semble courant. Je posterai les échanges pour que vous vous rendiez compte de leur façon de faire. Attention à cette entreprise qui passe par backmarket et amazon. Je changerai d'avis s'ils prouvent le contraire. Pour l'instant je remarque que mes échanges avec eux ressemblent à ceux des autres utilisateurs mécontents. After reading other reviews I think this is a scam and this process is common. Indeed, the phone has never fallen and is in the state received and they are still asking me for pictures that are almost impossible to take. I'm just waiting for them to send me the correct one to fix the phone, and then take me around. The process seems common. I will post the exchanges so that you realize how they are done. Watch out for this business that goes through backmarket and amazon. I will change their mind if they prove otherwise. For now I notice that my exchanges with them are similar to those of other unhappy users.

Incredible!!!!!!!! made the order yesterday at 12.37 this morning at 10.08 arrived ...... rome / vicenza .... in perfect condition as per order !!! unfortunately there are only 5 stars that you can light up !!! full marks !! very good and highly recommended!

J'ai acheté un iPhone reconditionné "comme neuf" via Backmarket et j'ai eu la malchance de tomber sur eux comme reconditionneurs ! Le téléphone n'a jamais fonctionné de façon optimale et au bout de moins de 6 mois, l'écran tactile ne fonctionnait plus. J'ai alors voulu faire valoir ma garantie et c'est alors que la blague a commencé ! Ils m'ont accusé d'avoir démonté le téléphone, enlevé une vis, mis de l'eau dedans, trafiqué le joint d'étanchéité du téléphone... mais le plus drôle fût lorsqu'ils m'ont demandé 26€ pour que je puisse récupérer mon téléphone... NON REPARE!!! Heureusement que Backmarket m'ont remboursé! Très sincèrement, ils feraient mieux de revoir leur service client à la hausse ! Mediocre, thieves, dishonest ... Quite simply TO FIRE !!! The phone never performed optimally and after less than 6 months the touchscreen was no longer working. I then wanted to assert my warranty and that's when the joke started! They accused me of having disassembled the phone, removed a screw, put water in it, tampered with the seal of the phone ... but the funniest part was when they asked me for 26 € so that I can recover my phone ... NOT REPAIRED !!! Fortunately, Backmarket reimbursed me! Quite frankly, they had better improve their customer service!
g	giorgio zanconato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato il cellulare dal sito venerdì 08/10 per avere alcune conferme mi sono messo in contatto telefonicamente, ho parlato con Luca, perché avevano a disposizione un iPhone 12 pro di grado B, vi garantisco che il cellulare è praticamente NUOVO, non riesco a capire il motivo perché sia stato catalogato con questo grado!!! Con sabato e domenica di mezzo è arrivato mercoledì alle ore 09,00 del mattino. Consiglio al 100x100 questo sito!!! Professionali e GENTILISSIMI!! I sent back the phone and they did not replace the total money. They said there was a tiny scratch on the corner which of course did not cause any problem on the screen. I was extremelly careful and I took pictures of my phone and the condition was perfect. I bought the phone via Amazon, and they did not give me my money back either, so very careful with this company and do not trust them. I hope this will help other users
