★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Personale arrogante e incompetente ( ad esempio mi avevano detto che non si poteva dimmerare con il telecomando ma solo a pulsante. Quando basta una semplice ricerca su Amazon per trovare decine e decine di prodotti del genere). A fronte di un problema, anche se effettivamente non dipeso da loro, alla richiesta di supporto con reso e cambio con altra merce (non avrei mai preteso indietro i soldi) non c'è stata alcuna disponibilità se non la risposta "non e un problema mio, ti faccio un po' di sconto su altre cose". Prezzi non economico anche se ti fanno credere di farti un regalo, online trovi gli stessi prodotti alla metà. Sconsigliero sempre di rifornirsi in questo negozio a chiunque potrò.
Bad. Arrogant and incompetent staff (for example they told me that you could not dim with the remote control but only with a button. When a simple search on Amazon is enough to find dozens and dozens of such products). Faced with a problem, even if it did not actually depend on them, to the request for support with return and exchange with other goods (I would never have demanded the money back) there was no availability except the answer "it's not a problem my, I'll give you a little discount on other things ". Prices not cheap even if they make you believe you are giving yourself a gift, online you find the same products by half. I always advise against stocking up in this shop to anyone I can.
