Abbiamo trovato nella persona della sig.na Chiara disponibilità, competenza e gentilezza e, naturalmente la soluzione al nostro problema. E' stata una piacevole scoperta che ci rassicura sul servizio. Ritengo che il merito sia proprio della operatrice del negozio - Chiara: ci siamo sentiti ascoltati e assistiti. Lo sottolineo perché abbiamo avuto esperienze molto negative, dal punto di vista dell'informazione ed economico, nel negozio TIM di Lamezia. Grazie mille, la compagnia dovrebbe accertarsi che tutti i loro dipendenti lavorino per i clienti in questo modo. A	Amato Giovanni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recato al negozio per la sostituzione del modem del marchio oggetto del negozio, la ragazza la banco lol riferisce che per quel tipo di servizio il sabato il sistema Tim non gli permette di accedere al sistema e quindi sono impossibilitati a sostiturmi il modem , però gentilmente mi dice se vuole può venire martedì dalle 10 alle 12 oppure pomeriggio dalle 16 alle 9 rigorosamente in questa fascia d’orario tutti i gironi della settimana tranne il sabato. Domando, ma se lavoro come faccio a venire ? Ha fatto spallucce e mi ha detto questi sono i servizi. Allora purtroppo avendo bisogno del modem perché deciso di chiamare il centro Tim di cosenza che lo dice passa quando vuoi che facciamo il cambio, allorché chiedo la perche sabato il sistema non è chiuso ? Mi risponde no assolutamente. Mi reco a cosenza e in due minuti mi cambiano il dispositivo. Non conte to però chiamo al centro Tim oggetto del post dicendo che i servizi Tim funzionano anche di Sabato, la commessa mi risponde decido io quale servizi dare e in che orari. Alzo le mani e mi arrendo quando un commerciante ti dice queste cose perché so vede che di commercio c’è ben poco, (cmq sottolineo la bugia che il sistema Tim)l non gli fa caricare la pratica ) mi domando ma sa che oltre a non aver erogato un servizio alla società che lo sponsorizza ha perso anche un cliente ? Ma forse dovrei dirlo al titolare e non alla commessa che semplicemente osserva le disposizioni avute. Comunque evitate andate direttamente a cosenza paola o falerna mi dispiace che sono anche dello stesso paese.
