Qualche mese fa ho portato il cellulare per sostituire il vetro e dopo 10 giorni non era ancora pronto nonostante le numerose chiamate fatte ed i numerosi viaggi così ho deciso di andarlo a riprendere senza alcun risultato positivo. Stesso discorso per il computer che ho portato 7 mesi fa e soltanto a marzo mi è stato restituito resettato (con tutti i dati cancellati) e completamente in pezzi, per loro il computer era irreparabile. Tutto questo si è svolto senza alcun interesse e nessuna professionalità da parte loro. Entrambi i dispositivi li ho portati in un altro centro specializzato e sono stati rimessi a nuovo in brevissimo tempo. Sconsiglio a chiunque di andarci! Very bad experience. A few months ago I took the phone to replace the glass and after 10 days it was not ready yet despite the numerous calls made and the numerous trips so I decided to go and take it back without any positive result. The same goes for the computer that I brought 7 months ago and only in March it was returned to me reset (with all the data deleted) and completely in pieces, for them the computer was irreparable. All this took place without any interest or professionalism on their part. I brought both devices to another specialized center and were refurbished in a very short time. I do not recommend anyone to go there!

A giugno ho preso un carica batteria tipo C ed a carica rapida ed era difettoso. Ho telefonato alla signora (madre del sig. Mannarino) la quale subito mi ha detto di riportarlo per la sostituzione. Cosa che ho fatto la settimana dopo, ma ho trovato il figlio che voleva fare una prova con me. Poiché mi avrebbe costretto a rimanere in negozio almeno una mezz'ora e la "prova" secondo me non sarebbe stata attendibile... Ho lasciato arrabbiato il caricabatterie, e mi è stato detto che poi mi avrebbero contattato sul cellulare. Niente di tutto questo.... sono ritornato dopo una settimana e mi hanno cambiato il pezzo. Ma anche questo non funziona... o è una partita difettosa o non adatto al mio telefono o...... Ho perso i soldi ma non ritornerò più in quel negozio anche per la scortesia dimostrata. Sconsiglio vivamente. I state that I was a customer of this shop having bought a cell phone and several little things. In June I got a quick-charge type C battery charger and it was defective. I phoned the lady (Mr. Mannarino's mother) who immediately told me to bring him back for replacement. Which I did the next week, but I found the son who wanted to test with me. Since he would have forced me to stay in the shop for at least half an hour and the "proof" in my opinion would not have been reliable ... I left the charger angry, and was told that they would then contact me on my mobile. None of this .... I came back after a week and they changed the piece for me. But even that doesn't work ... either it's a bad match or not suitable for my phone or ... I lost my money but I will not return to that shop again for the rudeness shown. I strongly advise against.

Disponibilità immediata e tecnico molto bravo. Nell'occasione ho fatto installare la pellicola protettiva sia al mio smartphone sia ad un altro visti anche gli ottimi prezzi. Consigliatissimi! Contacted to replace the entire display for a Huawei Mate 20 Pro, they immediately moved to order the piece in question. Immediate availability and very good technician. On the occasion, I had the protective film installed on both my smartphone and another, also considering the excellent prices. Highly recommended!
