Un solo addetto disponibile per due postazioni in un orario (dopo le 18.00) in cui notoriamente un Centro Commerciale si riempie di persone che vanno a fare la spesa dopo il lavoro. La seconda stella è solo per la disponibilità e la cortesia, innegabili.
