Si passano la palla fra un incompetente e l’altro
La lavatrice proposta circa 40 giorni fa comprata poi alle Piazze era praticamente stata descritta in un modo completamente differente e non convincente sulla qualità.
Mancava l’esperto in ferie o assente solo quel giorno ma gli altri che erano lì mi hanno fatto pensare un prodotto dai mille difetti che invece non ha.
Un po’ di formazione e dialettica? Complimenti altro gruppo nel Tosano invece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venditori non competenti.. Ho chiesto qualche dettaglio in più per un elettrodomestico in esposizione e ciò hanno saputo dirmi era leggere l'etichetta.. Che già avevo letto da solo. Per fare un finanziamento mi hanno fatto aspettare 30 minuti dando precedenza ad altri clienti. Mi sono lamentato dell'attesa eccessiva in modo educato e si sono giustificati dicendo "eh ma un minutino" a metà pratica mi avvisano che il pezzo era l'unico in esposizione quindi se volevo dovevo prendermi quello... Cosa aspettavano a dirlo? Mai più!
