★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dotato di ampio parcheggio, e questo già ci piace. Il negozio è molto grande, il personale gentile e disponibile, la scelta di prodotti enorme, spesso ci sono offerte davvero convenienti. Il reparto profumeria è fornitissimo.
Equipped with ample parking, and we already like this. The shop is very large, the staff are kind and helpful, the choice of products is huge, often there are really affordable offers. The perfumery department is well stocked.

purtroppo do solo 2 stelle perché nel reparto beauty è sempre tutto sporco,non si ha mai la possibilità di provare i tester proprio per mancanza di cura,in più di un'occasione ho chiesto una mano alle commesse addette a quel reparto... all'appartenenza veramente gentili,ma è già la seconda volta che appena mi allontano non perdono occasione per commentare ciò per cui ho chiesto informazioni,con battute del tipo "gusti discutibili " o "che schifo" seguito da risatine ,come se non avessi le orecchie ?(non si dovrebbe in ogni caso,ma ragazze almeno abbiate la decenza di aspettare che le persone escano dal punto vendita)
Continuerò ad essere cliente per i vari saponi per la casa e l'igiene personale,ma per trucchi e profumi preferisco spendere i miei soldi altrove ?

unfortunately I only give 2 stars because in the beauty department everything is always dirty, you never have the opportunity to try the testers precisely due to lack of care, on more than one occasion I asked for a hand to the salesmen employed in that department ... all 'membership really nice, but it is already the second time that as soon as I walk away I do not miss an opportunity to comment on what I asked for information, with jokes such as "questionable tastes" or "yuck" followed by giggles, as if I had no ears ? (you shouldn't anyway, but girls at least have the decency to wait for people to leave the store)
I will continue to be a customer for various household soaps and personal hygiene, but for makeup and perfumes I prefer to spend my money elsewhere ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata ieri a fare alcune compre e la cassiera non mi ha messo nella busta una crema nivea in offerta ( poco più di tre euro) sono tornata indietro ma mi hanno detto che a loro non risultava nulla.
Evidentemente è stata messa in un altra busta o chissà!Ora non è per i soldi ma per la correttezza del locale.
Non penso che una cliente imbrogli per tre euro. Comunque non andrò più da Tigota'
I went yesterday to do some shopping and the cashier did not put a nivea cream on offer in the bag (just over three euros) I went back but they told me that they did not find anything.
Evidently it was put in another envelope or who knows! Now it's not for the money but for the fairness of the place.
I don't think a customer cheats for three euros. Anyway, I won't go to Tigota anymore '
