Il problema è la scortesia di una delle commesse del negozio in centro a Viterbo ( o della proprietaria, non so chi fosse) che proprio ieri mattina, mentre sceglievo una battería di pentole ed altri prodotti, ha assunto un atteggiamento maleducato e irrispettoso arrivando a passare lo spolverino con cui puliscono il negozio sul mio naso perché indispettita dalle domande gli stavano ponendo. Al mio arrivo facendo vedere alla titolare l’email di avvenuta consegna del prodotto all’indirizzo esatto del negozio, la stessa affermava ripetutamente di non aver ricevuto il prodotto e di non avere l’intenzione di controllare in magazzino, riprendendomi sul fatto che non dovevo ordinare online ma in negozio da lei. Ho avviato una segnalazione dal servizio clienti per il reso. Complimenti per la professionalità e la disponibilità verso il cliente.
