Ho dato 4 stelle per che non sempre trovi il personale disponibile.
Mi spiego meglio mi e capitato di cercare un prodotto nel scaffale e non lo trovavo ,e chiedendo se il prodotto era spostato da un altra parte o se era finito mi e stato data una risposta tipo;
- E se non ce non ce , vuol dire che e finito con un tono non gentile.
 A well maintained shop, always ordered and fresh products.
I gave 4 stars for that you don't always find the staff helpful.
Let me explain better I happened to look for a product on the shelf and I could not find it, and asking if the product was moved somewhere else or if it was finished I was given an answer such as;
- And if it's not there, it means that it ended with an unkind tone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una fetta di fontina classica dop già confezionata al reparto gastronomia; tornato a casa ho notato che, all'interno di un buco del formaggio, era annidata una mosca ormai deceduta...il giorno dopo abbiamo provato presso il punto clienti ad ottenere una sostituzione o un rimborso dei 4,40 €, ma ci è stato risposto in maniera seccata che senza scontrino, purtroppo gettato, e nonostante l'etichetta e la confezione ancora integre, ciò non era possibile. Bastava poco, le foto andranno all'ufficio d'igiene..non fate come me, controllate bene tutto e conservate gli scontrini!
I bought a slice of classic PDO fontina already packaged in the deli department; back home I noticed that a dead fly was nestled inside a cheese hole ... the next day we tried at the customer point to get a replacement or a refund of € 4.40, but there is was replied in an annoyed manner that without the receipt, unfortunately thrown away, and despite the label and packaging still intact, this was not possible. It didn't take much, the photos will go to the hygiene office .. don't be like me, check everything carefully and keep the receipts!
