★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding and helpful service by Gaia Mirmina who used every resource she had to try to replace my husband's lost Tiffany wedding band. We also particularly appreciate the open door at the Via Spiga store, a street where other jewellers have armed guards standing outside. Bravo Tiffany. Grazie.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I stopped in Milan for our 6 year anniversary. She loves visiting the Tiffany stores wherever we visit and was excited to go to the one in Milan right near our 5 star hotel. We walked in and we’re immediately treated poorly. We found a few items we wanted to purchase, but we’re continuously ushered around the store making it apparent we were not truly welcome. I’d advise you all to find a store in a city that will treat everyone with equal respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in the shop to buy a gift for my nephew, which was described as "a cross with no diamonds". It seemed that no one is interested to help a customer who doesn't want to get something too expensive , so for 30 minutes we were not served by anyone, there was a lady telling us to wait in a room where nobody appeared till the end to help us. Very unpleasant experience!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to find wedding rings. Although we came almost at the closing moment, the staff was very kind and welcoming. We highly appreciated the kind treatment of Nausica Zani. She had the needed patience and was showing real care. Also, we liked the teamwork we've mentioned in this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is super nice and professional, even if you are dressed normally thay can "sense" that you have the €€€. It is not always like this in this kind of stores. Place is clean and they offered me a drink too. You will find what you are looking for but beware: no discounts! :-)
