★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In genere la coda è breve ma è consigliabile arrivare con anticipo. Hanno anche uno sportello dedicato alle partenze più prossime per chi arriva all' ultimo minuto. Possono spostare o rimborsare biglietti ma ogni compagnia ha le sue regole quindi se dovete cambiare prenotazione è consigliabile farlo con largo anticipo.
Usually the queue is short but it is advisable to arrive early. They also have a desk dedicated to the closest departures for those arriving at the last minute. They can move or refund tickets but each company has its own rules so if you need to change your booking it is advisable to do so well in advance.
