 Friendly and helpful lady at the checkout, prices in line with the brand. I recommend visiting the thun website: there are often discounted products in promotion, just buy them online and collect them for free in the store to save a little something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per anni mi sono servita in questo negozio in cui ho fatto anche la tessera socio ma, da quando è cambiata la responsabile il rapporto è molto diverso. La scorsa settimana sono stata "costretta" a lasciare un contributo per poter avere le confezioni sugli articoli acquistati. Mi hanno spiegato a Bolzano che durante le promozioni, visto l'afflusso lasciano l'occorrente, cosa che avevo proposto ma mi è stato detto che avrei potuto avere le confezioni solo lasciando un contributo in quanto durante le promozioni non si fanno. Questo atteggiamento mi ha irritato moltissimo anche perché in precedenza ho sempre trovato personale accogliente e disponibile.
For years I have served in this shop where I also did my membership card, but since the manager has changed the relationship is very different. Last week I was "forced" to leave a contribution in order to have the packages on the items purchased. They explained to me in Bolzano that during the promotions, given the influx they leave the necessary, something that I had proposed but I was told that I could have the packages only leaving a contribution because during the promotions they are not made. This attitude also irritated me a lot because previously I always found welcoming and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo in negozio una settimana prima di Natale per chiedere la disponibilità di un prodotto, mi viene detto che non è disponibile e mi suggeriscono di ordinarlo online con ritiro in negozio. Così faccio, pago online e ritiro in negozio.
Ripasso presso il negozio il 27 dicembre e vedo esposto lo stesso articolo che ho comprato online, ora magicamente disponibile, col prezzo al 50%...grazie mille, non mi sembra molto corretto.
Senza contare che nell'ordine che ho fatto c'erano 2 articoli per i quali ho pagato anche la confezione regalo e mi sono stati spediti separatamente uno prima ed uno dopo Natale, uno confezionato e l'altro no (ma questo preciso che non è colpa del negozio in questione, ma va comunque fatto notare visto che l'azienda è la stessa).
I call in the store a week before Christmas to ask for the availability of a product, I am told that it is not available and they suggest me to order it online with collection in store. So I do, I pay online and pick up in the store.
Review at the store on December 27th and I see the same article I bought online, now magically available, with the 50% price ... thank you very much, it doesn't seem very correct.
Not to mention that in the order I made there were 2 items for which I also paid for the gift box and one was sent to me separately and one after Christmas, one packaged and the other not (but this is not exactly the fault of the store in question, but it should be noted however since the company is the same).

Non do le 5 stelle perché non hanno i pezzi del presepe tutto l'anno (la casa madre li fa rendere ogni fine stagione) e per chi è collezionista come me del presepe non è un bel servizio perché acquisterei un pezzetto in ogni stagione e non solo per Natale (ad esempio quest'anno sono usciti 10 pezzi nuovi e non potevo acquistarli in una unica volta tutti quanti). Le ragazze molto gentili
Bel Thun direct shop. I do not give 5 stars because they do not have the crib pieces all year round (the parent company makes them return every end of the season) and for those who are collectors like me of the crib it is not a good service because I would buy a piece in every season and not only for Christmas (for example this year 10 new pieces came out and I couldn't buy them all at once). Very nice girls

In questo periodo di covid le file e i ritardi sono all'ordine del giorno ma incontrare così tanta cortesia e disponibilità è merce rara : mi hanno ordinato un articolo nonostante fossimo a ridosso del 25 , poi mi hanno tenuto al corrente della ( aimè) mancata consegna in tempo utile per trovare una alternativa . Ci tengo a sottolineare il fatto che non ho chiesto io di aggiornarmi è tutta farina del loro sacco . I regali della Thun sono molto carini e in questo negozio lo sono anche le commesse che ho avuto l'occasione di conoscere
I am not a frequenter but I have to sing the praises of those who followed me for the Christmas present. In this covid period, queues and delays are the order of the day but meeting so much courtesy and availability is a rare commodity: they ordered me an item despite being close to 25, then they kept me informed of (alas) non-delivery in time to find an alternative. I want to underline the fact that I didn't ask for an update, it's all their own thing. Thun's gifts are very nice and in this shop so are the orders that I had the opportunity to meet

Personale sorridente( ora con gli occhi a causa delle marcherine) disponibile e molto competente nel consiglio dei prodotti e nella realizzazione dei favolosi pacchi regalo. Prezzi giusti per questi oggetti da collezionare e per articoli casalinghi splendide idee regalo.
Small but beautiful Thun themed shop. Smiling staff (now with eyes because of the branding) helpful and very competent in recommending products and making fabulous gift packages. Fair prices for these collectibles and wonderful gift ideas for household items.
