★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veramente molto caro. Lui poco disponibile alla vendita in quanto poco propositivo e molto tirato nel dare maggiori informazioni.
Aggiungo inoltre che i clienti son tutti uguali chi spende 5 e chi 50 anche perché domani se uno quello da 5 è soddisfatto domani ne può anche spendere 100.
Pazienza??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insomma, pensavo durassero di più, acquistati sabato, lunedì sono già sgonfi e nemmeno eccezionali come qualità. Il ragazzo sembra un po' improvvisato però è gentile.
In short, I thought they lasted longer, purchased on Saturday, Monday they are already deflated and not even exceptional in quality. The boy seems a bit improvised but he is kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volevo comprare i palloncini per la prima festa di compleanno del mio bimbo e mi sono detta di aiutare le realtà vicino casa piuttosto che comprare su Amazon. sono entrata e il ragazzo mi ha accolto in maniera molto gentile. Tralasciamo sul fatto che mi ha consegnato un preventivo scritto a mano, male, tutto storto, dove non si capiva bene il prezzo di ogni singola cosa e, che per 20 palloncini (che mi sarei gonfiata io con la bombola), uno grande a forma di uno e una bombola del gas più qualche bicchiere/tovagliolo di carta, ho speso 110€; ma la cosa che mi ha lasciato amareggiata e’ che quando sono andata a ritirarli non mi hanno degnata di uno sguardo, mi avevano lasciato lì all’ingresso i palloncini e la mia roba e avrei dovuto prenderla senza nemmeno controllare insieme. E’ venuto alla fine il ragazzo perché il proprietario (scorbutico) non mi ha nemmeno salutata all’arrivo. Mi dispiace ma se il servizio deve essere questo meglio di gran lunga Amazon che costa ovviamente 1/3 di quello che ho speso. Uno vuole aiutare le piccole realtà, ma con tutta la concorrenza online che hanno dovrebbero metterci del loro per non perdere i clienti.
I wanted to buy balloons for my baby's first birthday party and I told myself to help the realities near home rather than buying on Amazon. I entered and the boy welcomed me in a very kind way. Let's ignore the fact that he gave me a handwritten quote, badly, all wrong, where the price of every single thing was not well understood and, for 20 balloons (which I would have inflated with the cylinder), a large one in the shape one and a gas bottle plus a few glasses / paper napkin, I spent 110 €; but the thing that left me embittered is that when I went to pick them up they didn't deign to look at me, they left the balloons and my stuff there at the entrance and I should have taken it without even checking it together. At the end the boy came because the (grumpy) owner didn't even greet me upon arrival. I'm sorry but if the service is to be this better than Amazon which obviously costs 1/3 of what I spent. One wants to help small businesses, but with all the online competition they have they should put their own effort into not losing customers.
