Un altro pianeta rispetto alle varie palestre commerciali sul territorio, é un vero covo underground dove allenarsi seriamente. L'ambiente é fantastico, una vera famiglia, tutti sono gentili e disponibili e non c'è alcun tipo di intimidazione per chi inizia in questo mondo e anzi, viene aiutato e spronato. É come se fosse una seconda casa per chi ci si allena e Thomas, il proprietario, la tratta come tale, mettendo in primo piano i servizi e il miglioramento continuo degli attrezzi. Abituato alle solite palestre, non tornerei più indietro. One of the best bodybuilding-powerbuilding gyms in the area. State-of-the-art equipment and qualified personnel. Another planet compared to the various commercial gyms in the area, is a real underground den where you can train seriously. The environment is fantastic, a real family, everyone is kind and available and there is no kind of intimidation for those who start in this world and indeed, are helped and spurred. It is as if it were a second home for those who train and Thomas, the owner, treats it as such, focusing on services and continuous improvement of tools. Used to the usual gyms, I would not go back.

Il proprietario Thomas e la sua compagna Elena sono molto disponibili e cordiali . Sicuramente la migliore palestra in provincia di BG! Hardcore style gym with excellent equipment, also has a supplement and clothing store. The owner Thomas and his partner Elena are very helpful and friendly. Ghisa a volontà , manubri che vanno oltre i 60 kg . Le chiacchiere avanzano , per chi ama il bodybuilding e il fitness in generale questa è la palestra giusta. Sono anni che la frequento e non cambierei mai. L attrezzatura è di prim'ordine con una vasta scelta di macchinari Hammer ( in zona non si trovano) manubri che arrivano oltre i 60 kg e una zona hard ben strutturata per poter caricare e "sbattere " qualche peso in Terra. Zona abbigliamento con articoli dedicati e vasta scelta nel reparto integrazione con prodotti di prima qualità. La compagna Elena, specializzata nella parte di allenamento generale con un occhio di riguardo alle alzate di potenza ( squat -panca-stacco da terra) vi potrà consigliare nel migliore dei modi. Se avete voglia di allenarvi seriamente, passate a fare un giro e non ve ne pentirete...... Ciao. The gym in the true sense of the word, Tommy is one of the few Pros around, reserved, nice and very prepared. The equipment is top notch with a wide choice of Hammer machines (there are no in the area) handlebars that reach over 60 kg and a well-structured hard zone to be able to load and "hit" some weight on the ground. Clothing area with dedicated articles and a wide choice in the integration department with top quality products. The partner Elena, specialized in the part of general training with an eye to power lifts (squat-bench-deadlift) will be able to advise you in the best way.
