★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in questa copisteria con due mie compagne di corso, il personale è davvero scortese, ci hanno trattate come delle stupide. Capisco la nostra ignoranza in materia, visto che per noi era la prima volta, ma per impostare le stampanti è obbligatorio il loro aiuto (non solo all'inizio ma sempre, essendo il sistema poco intuitivo) e sembrava fossimo di peso alle ragazze che lavorano lì. Scocciate e presuntuose. Di gran lunga meglio la sede in via Dell'Artigliere.
 I was in this copy shop with two of my classmates, the staff is really rude, they treated us like stupid. I understand our ignorance on the matter, since it was the first time for us, but to set up the printers their help is mandatory (not only at the beginning but always, being the system not very intuitive) and it seemed we were a burden to the girls who work there. Pissed off and presumptuous. The headquarters in via Dell'Artigliere are far better.

Essendo che le dimensioni dei libri variavano di volta in volta, alla fine di ogni stampa dovevo chiamare una delle 3 ragazze in negozio per farmi aiutare a sistemare l'impaginazione per la stampa successiva. Tutte e 3 scortesi e antipatiche, mi trattavano come se fossi arrivata apposta per disturbare il loro lavoro... nonostante mi fossi molto dispiaciuta e anche scusata per il fatto che le avessi chiamate 2 o 3 volte.
Decisamente meglio l'altra sede (in Via dell'Artigliere).
I went to this copy shop to photocopy some chapters of university texts. Since the size of the books varied from time to time, at the end of each print I had to call one of the 3 girls in the shop to help me arrange the layout for the next print. All 3 rude and unpleasant, they treated me as if I had come on purpose to disturb their work ... although I was very sorry and also apologized for having called them 2 or 3 times.
The other location is definitely better (in Via dell'Artigliere).

Copy shop with many other services, you can do it yourself but they help you if you are in difficulty. With the headboard you answer me and speed up. Very good.
